Do you install in the regions and villages too?
Yes. Filac’s specialists visit and install systems in every region of Armenia, including remote towns and villages. Tell us your location so we can agree on a visit date and installation conditions in advance.
Do you deliver outside Armenia?
Contact us with your country and the system you’re interested in. We’ll confirm delivery availability, cost and terms before you place an order.

What does the free water check include?
During the visit, a specialist checks your tap water and pressure, discusses installation, and explains the options and prices. This home check does not replace laboratory water testing.
How much do delivery and installation cost?
System delivery and installation are free. We confirm your address and connection requirements when arranging the visit.
When do I pay?
You pay for the system after installation. Before that, we choose the model together and agree on the price and work required.
Do I need a model with a pump?
The pump model works at a lower inlet pressure. We determine whether you need a pump after measuring the water pressure. If you don’t know yours, we’ll measure it during the visit.
Does a whole-house system replace a drinking water filter?
The systems serve different purposes. A whole-house system filters water at the inlet. Reverse osmosis provides drinking water through a separate tap. The choice depends on your water and how you use it.
When should cartridges be replaced?
Cartridges are replaceable filtering parts. Replacement depends on the model, water quality and usage. The stated interval for All in One is 6–12 months. We’ll confirm your system’s schedule and service costs separately.
What warranty is provided?
Warranty periods and terms depend on the system. Confirm the terms for your chosen model with Filac before buying.
